- Maintain a positive rapport with applicants
- Actively engage with the local internal recruitment community
- Hiring on all appropriate channels

**Desirable Attributes**
- Have proven experience in recruitment ( Recruitment Specialist, recruitment, recruitment assessor, HR Generalist, etc)
- Familiar with childcare qualifications
- Are familiar with using applicant tracking systems
- Organised and exceprional time keeping skills
- Have a cooperative and collaborative mindset

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £1,250.00-£1,350.00 per month
