**Job overview**:
**Main duties of the job**:

- You will assist us with the maintenance of the People Information systems, by providing support in maintaining the accuracy of the Rostering & Time & Attendance systems by inputting and updating information as appropriate.You will also act as second line support for users by assisting in the day to day running of the E-Rostering Helpdesk. In addition you will also play a key part in processing administrative tasks and correspondence in an accurate and timely manner. Deliver one to one training to E-Rostering users on how to use the Electronic Rostering system.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Applications, in particular Word and Excel and also have experience in the use of databases or job specific People Information Systems. You will have previous experience of working within an administrative environment and will have a high degree of attention to detail. You will be highly organised, efficient and will have excellent communication skills. You will have the ability to deal with difficult situations and have effective problem solving skills.

- Experience of E-Rostering system or equivalent Systems

- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and experience of administering in house databases
- Able to use initiative and work without supervision
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
