Admin Assistant

**If so, you’ve got the skills to be considered for our Admin Assistant position. We call it a Purchasing Assistant**:
**The Job**:

- ** Job title**:Purchasing Assistant.
- ** Hours**: 37.5 hours a week, Monday - Friday.
- ** Salary**: £22,300 - £23,300.
- ** Location**: You will be working from our friendly and welcoming Portsmouth office. Some flexible home working may also be available.

As our Admin Assistant / Purchasing Assistant, you will be part of our team in our friendly Support Office in Portsmouth.

Working closely with the Purchasing Manager and the wider finance support function, you will assist them with the administration of the business’s Purchase Ordering System and site-based equipment repair and PAT testing schedules.

As part of the front of house team, you will provide excellent customer service to visitors and callers.
