**Salary**: Starting from £12.62 and raising to £14.53 after 12 months (Subject to completion of probation period)

**Location**: 1 Pinfold St, Birmingham, B2 4AA

**Contract Type**:12 month FTC 2.5 hours

**Please note**:You will needs to be available at short notice to work mainly in the afternoons until 18.00.
There will be occasions where you will be required to work on Saturdays untill 17.35.
There is the opportunity to work additional hours up to 35hrs a week.

As a Customer Services Consultant you will join us on our journey to WOW customers and you will undertake a truly valuable role. You will be responsible for offering a consistent level of customer service while driving sales of our innovative products and services.

You will be working in one of our Directly Managed Branches as part of a busy team where you will have the opportunity to build a great rapport with customers.

This role offers you an exciting opportunity to learn new skills and work in all areas of the Post Office, including the Counter, Post shop, Travel Area and Meet & Greet.

- Have previous customer service and cash handling experience
- Possess first-class communication skills with the ability to hold friendly and informed conversations about our product and services
- Be a great team player who understands and respects everybody’s contribution to our success
- Understand what outstanding customer service looks, feels, and sounds like
