Internal Business Development Executive

Success Recruit are currently working with a Global Distributor within the construction industry based in Central Essex who are seeking to recruit an Internal Business Development Executive to join their growing Sales team, working closely with other membersof the internal sales functions team.
**The Successful Internal Business Development Executive will be expected to**:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Grow sales and relationships by upselling to existing and new distributors
- Build and maintain excellent relationships over the telephone
- Have had previous experience in telesales or account management positions.

**Job Specifics**
Purpose of the Role
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Making outbound calls to new and existing customer base to build business relationships
- Generate new stockists
- Generate interest using company promotions & working closely with sales & marketing
- Growing sales and relationships with upselling to existing distributors
This is a great opportunity for the successful Business Development Executive to join a rapidly growing company and sales team, with three well established and strong brands you will be responsible for further growth and development within the business.
**Hours**:
Monday to Friday: 8am - 4:30pm
**Salary**:
£30-35k dependant on experience + com
