Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Our client, a specialist homeless charity in Coventry is looking to recruit a Service Co-ordinator.

Synopsis of Duties:

- Providing a seamless support service to individuals in Coventry who have been previously placed in temporary accommodation following a period of rough sleeping or homelessness.
- You will coordinate a team support the transition of people moving into their own independent accommodation to ensure that individuals continue to develop the independent living skills needed to maintain a tenancy long term and prevent the repeat cycle of homelessness.
- Responsible for overseeing the support of people facing multiple disadvantages and will facilitate a multi
- disciplinary and holistic approach to people who will benefit from coordinated help from a variety of agencies.

Essential Requirements
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles of a trauma-informed approach
- Experience of working with people with a wide range of support needs including trauma.
- Demonstrable experience of working with people who have complex trauma, which may include high mental health and/or substance misuse issues
- Experience of delivering high quality outreach services to people with a wide range of needs and risks.
- Ability to liaise and work closely with external professionals to inform and develop Service Users support
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding issues and ability to address them appropriately.
- DBS on the update service or dated within the last 12 months
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Supporting Futures Consulting acts as both an employer and an agency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:
