Salary; _£19,000 - £25,000_

Hours**:Monday-Friday **the hours of work will be flexible to meet with the business demands and may include weekend and evenings.

The Workforce department operate on a rota based on call system which can be discussed at the interview stage.

Stadium serves its clients with one goal in mind - keeping people safe. This is a goal we consistently achieve through the three key parts of our business: Event Services, Training, and temporary Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM). We tailor all three of these services to our clients’ wishes, which range from football clubs and music festivals through to local authorities.

**Who are we looking for ?**

We are looking for an experienced Workforce Services Coordinator to join us at Stadium in our head office in Coventry. We are looking for someone to join the active and rewarding world that is Events, Training and Facilities Management.

If successful, you will be a part of our staffing team which places you at the heart of our business. The role will ultimately be dedicated to managing all resourcing requirements of one of our clients.

**As Workforce Services Coordinator you will be responsible for**:

- Planning** **and** **carrying** **out** **scheduling** **of** **300**+ **staff** **across** **various** **sites** **nationally
- Updating spreadsheets and in-house systems
- Communicating across all relevant departments pre and post event
- Sending out start times to staff, creating rota’s and timesheets
- Ensuring operations have all necessary paperwork for their event days
- Conducting remote site inductions
- Assisting the Operations and HR team with general performance management and HR issues
- Offering on the day support to the operations team, liaising between them and our casual staff

**The successful Workforce Services Coordinator will have the following experience**:

- Background in Staffing, HR, recruitment or events
- Strong customer service experience
- Good knowledge of excel
- Ability to work to a high standard under pressure is absolutely paramount
- Positive energy and the ability to motivate those around you
- Business minded and keen to bring new ideas to the table
