**1 Saturday morning in 4 - 8am to 12 noon**

Our client, a large and successful manufacturing and distribution company based in Binley, are looking for a Distribution Coordinator to join their small but busy team. This role encompasses customer service with logistics and transport coordination.

**The key responsibilities**:

- Taking and scheduling orders to make deliveries
- Controlling costs using the right planning of vehicles and routes
- Liaising with hauliers, ensuring excellent customer service and dealing with haulage customer queries
- Using Excel to plan the work schedule for each day
- Management of late deliveries, informing all concerned parties
- Clear communicator with brilliant customer service skills
- Ideally some experience and understanding in transport and logistics
- IT literate - experience with SAP would be advantageous
- Proactive with a great attention to detail
