We are looking Marketing & Events Coordinator who will support in the delivery of successful marketing initiatives and will report to the Marketing Director, located in Coventry, UK.

**Job Overview**:
HMS Networks is seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator to support the marketing team in delivering strong and innovative marketing campaigns, to increase brand awareness and generate high quality leads within the HMS Networks product portfolio for Northern Europe, BeNeLux and Middle East countries.

A Levels or equivalent qualifications required along with a high level of computer literacy particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Driving licence preferred.

**Main Duties**:

- Event support & management (Digital & Face to Face)
- Marketing campaign support
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and literature.
- CRM database maintenance & point of sale entry
- List building for core marketing initatives
- Manage brand merchandise for events
- Replenish marketing collateral stock
- Manage inventory of event graphics & promotional items
- General office administration including monitoring/ordering office, cleaning and kitchen supplies, collection/distribution of mail couriers etc
- Carry out additional activities to help HMS Networks to achieve their goals and objectives

**Work Experience**:

- Marketing background with a minimum of 1-3 years experience. (Preferable not essential)
- Analyse insights to build successful marketing campaigns. Testing & refining campaigns is essential.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be a self-starter with energy, drive, and determination to accomplish goals and demonstrated ability to multi-task, set priorities, stay focused, and set clear milestones
- Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to deliver campaigns
- Ability to deliver simultaneous initiatives
- Good organisation and time management skills
- A strong desire to develop skill sets within key marketing channels and disciplines.
- Brilliant team-working skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

**Specialist Competence**:

- Experience in Marketing Automation Tools, e.g., Dynamics 365, HubSpot
- MS Office
- Experience with social media platforms - LinkedIn and Twitter
- Basic design experience for Adobe creative Suite (Desirable)

**Education Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar other qualification
- Certificate in Marketing (CIM) - Desirable
- Institute of Direct marketing (IDM) - Desirable

**Package**:
