We are currently looking for a **Senior Marketing Assistant** who will be responsible for promoting and positioning the Wildix brand in the **UK market**.

**Job Purpose**

This person will will be part of the Wildix Global Marketing Team, made of +35 professionals spread all around the world and will collaborate with Web & Digital, Comms & Copy, Products & Tech Marketing departments, and will report to the UK Marketing Manager supporting all the marketing activities with two mains goals: Demand Generation (generate Marketing Qualified Leads) and Partner Development (support existing Partners from a Marketing perspective)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Update and keep tracking of MQLs within Salesforce
- Support the organisation of Webinars and Events (both online and on site)
- Secondary Projects_
- Support the organisation of marketing campaigns (logistic and execution)
- Monitor KPIs and ROI
- Creation of Case Studies and Partner Stories
- Collaborate with the global marketing team, proactively provide feedback on the material, marketing activities and areas of improvement
- Share new ideas

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience as a Marketing professional or Specialist
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT or UC industry
- Good knowledge of Direct Response Marketing
- At least 1- 2 years experience in Events & Webinar organisation
- Experience using Salesforce, and Marketing Automation (knowledge of Pardot would be a plus)
- Analytical skills, target and number oriented
- Be open in travelling to meet the team or for initiatives with partners if and when required
