Lincoln, United Kingdom Lincoln Orthodontics Full time

An opportunity to join us as a **New Patient Co-ordinator** has arisen.

Lincoln Orthodontics is a modern, busy Orthodontic practice serving all age groups, managing a high volume of private patients. As orthodontic specialists we have been treating patients in Lincoln and the East Midlands for 18 years. Our ethos is on the patient journey and their experience should be of the highest quality.

The successful person will consider the team as a whole, but have the skills to work independently; someone who is highly organised, calm under pressure, and able to deliver work to a high calibre at all times.

The primary role of the New Patient Co-ordinator (NPC) is to facilitate the journey of the new patient from their initial contact with the practice, building strong relationships between the practice and the patient, and creating a great first impression. The NPC will promote the practice and its services through excellent customer service skills, increase case acceptance ratios and ensure a smooth patient journey at all times. This role requires excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills. You must be computer literate and have an eye for detail, particularly with regard to accuracy of information, and be confident to discuss and impart financial details regarding treatment. We require someone who will be self motivated to deliver, manage their time and workload and become a happy, friendly member of our longstanding team.

In return we offer admirable working conditions, a generous remuneration for the role (depending on experience), and suitable training to enable you to reach your full potential within this role.
