We're now looking for a new colleague to join us as a Community Co-ordinator, covering the Boston area. This is a flexible role with a hybrid approach to working both remotely and at our head office in Lincoln. There will also be a need to work evenings and weekends. You'll also need to hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle for business use, as some travel will be needed when attending community functions and other Society events.

As a Community Co-ordinator, you’ll work closely with local businesses, schools, suppliers and community networks and work closely with the wider team to promote the benefits of our Community Champions scheme. You’ll be involved in setting up and supporting a number of community initiatives, including our Wellbeing Walks, Health Pods and Community Cuppas as well as other activities relating to food poverty, supporting vulnerable people and those who suffer with physical and mental health concerns.

You’ll be our voice and spread the message about our purpose and approach across your local area and will influence and inspire colleagues from each business area to get involved by becoming Community Ambassadors. By working together, you’ll lead the way by showing others the difference we can make in our local communities.

**About You**:
You'll be able to show us great written skills and show confidence when using IT systems, including Office 365 and Social Media platforms. You'll be able to work on your own initiative and be able to prioritise your own time. Overall, you'll be a fantastic team player who is prepared to actively contribute ideas to aid the ongoing success of the Community team.
