ROLE:


This entry level position is suited to a confident professional with first class interpersonal skills and the passion to help drive the Firm forwards.

As a New Business Co-ordinator at Sills & Betteridge Solicitors LLP, you will act as the first point of contact for our highly valued Family Department, create a professional image of the Firm and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with new business enquiries and allocating work to relevant and appropriate Fee Earners by collaborating with the wider Family Department
  • Carrying out administrative duties to support the department such as archiving, filing and light typing duties
  • Organising appointments with new clients for branch personnel
  • Maintaining a record of all incoming calls and providing accurate and detailed messages when necessary
  • Organising payments for PAMS (Preliminary Advice Meetings)

ABOUT YOU:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Proven ability to be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • A positive and proactive attitude, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in using computer and telephone systems and a good base level of IT skills
