About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Services Assistant to join our team at Lincolnshire Co-op. As a Pharmacy Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing health advice and services to patients through engaging conversations.
  • Ensure that every customer leaves the pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
  • Keep the shop floor fully stocked and ready for customers through accepting and working deliveries and completing stock takes.
  • Deliver the technical aspects of the dispensary, allowing and ensuring the safe supply of medicines.
  • Assist with sales and general store duties, including creating product displays and cash transactions.
About You

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for customer service and a natural ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues. You will be an upbeat, caring, and confident individual who is eager to take on new challenges and experiences.

You will have a methodical and accurate approach to practical tasks, using your own initiative and teamwork skills to aid you. Experience of working in a retail background and using a stock control system would be desirable, but full training is provided.

  • Upbeat, caring, and confident manner when serving and advising patients.
  • Enthusiasm and talent for problem-solving, eager to take on new challenges and experiences.
  • Methodical and accurate approach to practical tasks, using your own initiative and teamwork skills to aid you.
  • Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant qualification or equivalent.
