We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Services Assistant to join our team at Lincolnshire Co-op. As a Pharmacy Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing health advice and services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service, providing health advice and services to our patients through engaging conversations.
- Keep the shop floor fully stocked and ready for customers through accepting and working deliveries and completing stock takes.
- Deliver the technical aspects of the dispensary, allowing and ensuring the safe supply of medicines.
- Support the collection of prescriptions and maintain accurate records.
- Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Experience of working in a retail background and using a stock control system (desirable).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine passion for customer service and a talent for problem-solving.
- Up to 30 days annual leave (pro-rata, including bank holidays).
