As a Pharmacy Services Associate, you will become part of a dedicated team that works together to positively impact the lives of patients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and health advice to patients through engaging conversations, ensuring customers leave feeling informed and confident
  • Stocking and maintaining the shop floor for customer convenience
  • Managing technical aspects of the dispensary to safely supply medicines
  • Assisting with sales, product displays, and other store duties
About You

We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services. To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:

  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues
  • Upbeat, caring, and confident demeanor when serving patients
  • Enthusiasm for problem-solving and taking on new challenges
  • Methodical and accurate approach to tasks with teamwork skills

While experience in retail and stock control is desirable, full training will be provided. We welcome both Pharmacy Services Associates and Trainee Pharmacy Services Associates to join our team.
