Predominantly home based, the role holder will be responsible for providing day to day administrative support to clients. The role holder will be responsbile for liaison between clients, the accountants and directors and provides support 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday with flexible wokring patterns to ensure consistent proactive support.
**Key Responsibilities**
Act as the first point of contact with clients, responding to new client registrations and lead the onboarding process.
Complete the anti-money laundering and identity checks for clients.
Issue engagement letters and agent registration forms, including following up with clients to ensure timely submission to HMRC.
Gather client records to prepare a pack for the accountants to review.
Liaise with clients throughout the process, to provide updates on the processing of their claims.
Providing proactive administrative and organisational support, including preparing claims for client signature and archiving on completion.
Liaison with colleagues, including the marketing team to support advertising campaigns.
**Skills and Experience Required**
Embraces and promotes the use of technology and proactively identifies opportunities to improve ways of working.
Excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills.
Strong time management and prioritisation skills will be required to support a demanding group of multi-disciplinary teams with different levels of seniority in a calm and efficient manner.
Attention to detail: proofreads all work, checking for spelling, grammar and consistency.
Proactive approach and enthusiasm to working independently and as part of a team.
Shows a willingness to learn and develop skills.
Drives forward initiatives to create a continued sense of "team" within your virtual peer group.
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
