My client is a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department by performing data entry, managing spreadsheets, and providing valuable support to our sales team. You will also be responsible for cross-checking information with various departments to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
**Data Entry**: Accurate and efficient data entry is at the heart of this role. You will be responsible for entering customer and sales-related data into our systems, maintaining databases, and ensuring data integrity.

**Spreadsheet Management**: Create and maintain spreadsheets to track sales leads, orders, and other relevant information. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software is essential.

**Sales Team Support**: Assist the sales team by preparing reports, presentations, and sales materials. Act as a point of contact for administrative needs, enabling the sales team to focus on their core responsibilities.

**Cross-Checking Information**: Collaborate with various departments to cross-check and verify information, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our records.

**Documentation**: Maintain organized and up-to-date records, files, and documentation related to sales activities.

**Communication**: Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments, ensuring that everyone has access to the necessary information.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in data entry and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
