Service Administrator

We are looking for someone who is organised, flexible, and possesses excellent attention to detail skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with our Workshop Managers to schedule and coordinate workshop jobs.
- Liaising with our technicians to keep them updated on their schedule and find out how they are progressing on their job.
- Communicating with customers to keep them updated on the progress of their repair.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- General administration e.g., creating job cards on our DMS.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
**Skills**:
- Prioritise own workload.
- Strong communication skills.
- Impeccable telephone skills - confident and comfortable in asking the right questions.
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience in customer service preferred but not essential.
This is a full-time permanent role, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.80-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
