**Order Processing Administrator Package**:

- Start salary of £23,000 rising to £24,000 after training to be discuss in the interview along with bonus scheme.

**The Business**

You will be based in our recently refurbished offices in **Burscough **(Ormskirk, West Lancashire).

**Order Processing Administrator**:

- Managing inbound calls from existing customers
- Ensuring that orders are raised accurately and in accordance to exact guidelines
- Monitoring orders through to install with intervention and action where needed. Keeping comprehensive records.
- Managing the CRM system effectively, ensuring all relevant customer information is entered onto the system.

**Order Processing Administrator Requirements**:
GCSE’s in Maths and English
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Organised, with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in IT and Microsoft
- Self-motivated

**Hours and Wage**:
37.5 hours a week Mon - Fri 9-5.30
