Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

The role of an Administrative Support Specialist is a vital one, providing essential support to senior members of the team. This position requires a highly organised and proactive individual who wants to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the leadership team by ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Previous experience with Xero
  • Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Handling emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of senior team members
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organising travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries as needed
  • Maintaining and updating records, ensuring they are well-organised and accessible
  • Acting as a gatekeeper, managing the flow of information and prioritising tasks effectively

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum is offered for this role, depending on experience.
