- Making process improvement recommendations, finding efficiencies and implementing them
- Acts as UK key user for MyLotus: coordinates the administrative hiring & onboarding process, manages and updates all employee master data and ensures optimal data quality.
- Supports in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Supports the HR Manager and HR Business Partner with Recruitment and ER related administrative tasks.
- Oversees the monthly HR reporting processes

Profil
- You will be a highly organised individual with proven administrative experience, ideally gained in a HR department. You will have excellent interpersonal skills combined with entrepreneurship and “hands on” mentality, along with a good eye for detail.
