_**Admin and Secretarial Team Manager - Private Healthcare / Occupational Health - £28k to £30k - Chislehurst**_

A growing private GP healthcare and corporate Occupational Health company is looking for an Admin and Secretarial Team Manager to join their growing team. The Admin & Secretarial team Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of the team and functionsensuring that activities are delivered in an accurate and timely manner. The role includes all forms of communication with both internal and external parties including Clients, their employees, Network suppliers and all internal departments. The role is evolvingacross the Group with opportunities to develop skills and knowledge across the wider business.

**SALARY ETC**:

- £28k to £30k

- Location: Chislehurst
- Permanent, full-time
- Monday to Friday, office hours.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience of managing in an administrative/service delivery function.
- Experience in the healthcare sector, or similar.
- Excellent workable knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- To maintain a high level of professionalism and striving to deliver our values at every opportunity; being polite, helpful and supportive to both colleagues and external at all times.
- A positive, strong results focus with a 'Lead By Example’ mentality.
- Interpersonal with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all undertaken.

**DUTIES TO INCLUDE**:

- Line management of Admin and Secretarial teams including absence management and planning, supporting growth and development of team including annual appraisals and general day-to-day line management.
- To ensure workflow is planned, managed and undertaken by the teams in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements.
- Ensure established processes and policies are adhered to
- Work with HOD to continuously improve and streamline processes
- Optimise and encourage the use of all IT systems used in the delivery.
- Accurate and timely Management reporting using Power BI.
- Recruiting and training team personnel where required allocating responsibilities, liaising with IT & HR on on/offboarding requirements.
