Clinical Offsite Team Manager

**A leadingprivate health practicebased in Chislehurst, are seeking an Offsite Admin Team Manager to provide day-to-day line management of their off-site Screening Admin Team to ensure client satisfaction in the delivery of all healthscreening and wellbeing services**
- **Full time permanent role**:
- **Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 P/A**:
- **20 days annual leave + benefits**
**Duties**:
- Manage the Screening Team to support planning requirements of the business both in clinic and offsite locations, coordinating and managing the services delivered by a range of healthcare professionals
- Liaise with stakeholders in regards to site management, clinical staff and general management
- Support in the negotiation of costs and coordinate the management of ordering external resources such as vaccines, clinical equipment and stock
- To plan and manage proposed work undertaken by the screening team and ensure all services are delivered within defined SLAs
- Proactively manage the administration, recording and recall of vaccinations and regular health screenings/medicals
**Required Skills / Competencies**:
- Proven ability to manage a team of staff desirable
- Highly organised, able to take ownership of multiple tasks and see them through to completion whilst managing their priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and understanding of the importance of accurate information management
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
