My client is one of UK's largest healthcare providers and is looking for an Offsite Team Manager.

The Offsite Team Manager is responsible for providing day-to-day line management of the Off-Site Screening Admin team, supporting all workforce planning requirements of the business.

**Responsibilities**

Client Services:

- To plan and manage work proposed and undertaken by the Off-Site screening team ensuring all services are delivered within defined SLAs
- Responsible for the management of all On and Off-Site clinics and site visits liaising with all relevant stakeholders i.e., site management, clinical staff and management
- Optimise and encourage the use of all IT systems used in the delivery
- Proactively manage the administration, recording and recall of vaccinations and regular health screens /medicals
- Co-ordinate requirements in respect of all company vehicles, sharing responsibility or repair /upkeep /cleaning of the same.

Customer Related:

- Record and monitor client satisfaction regarding surveillance, screening, and wellbeing in accordance with company feedback and satisfaction requirements for all clients.

Human and financial resources:

- To provide a positive approach to day-to-day line management of the Off-Site team, ensuring all requirements are carried out dutifully and in a timely manner including, but not limited to, accurate recording of absences, scheduling and authorising leaveand conducting annual appraisals in line with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all screening staff understand, are fully trained, and kept updated in core principles and processes, practices and protocols as defined by the business identifying and supporting training needs.
