This is a wonderful opportunity, for an experienced kind, calm, patient, carer to look after a male principal (main client) requiring assistance on a day to day basis.

This role would ideally suit someone, who has worked with clients/families suffering with (acute) Dementia.
- **Due to specific request(s) to be carried out, a male carer would be preferred for this role.**_

A self-contained flat, nearby the main family home.

(please note; the accommodation is purely suitable for one person and no pets).

**Salary: £45,000.00 gross per year**

**Working day(s): to be agreed**

**Hour(s) of work; to be agreed**

**Daily duties but not limited to;**

" Assist with personal care
- Lifting
- Showering
- Shaving
- Hair cut
- Dressing
- Wardrobe management

" Accompanying to appointments, events, meetings, formal functions

" Carry out housekeeping

" Happy to cook light meals (if required)

" Reminding to take medication (at required times)

" Able to supervise and keep an eye out should the client require extra help/assistance

" You will be happy to make decisions on your own, using your own initiative and experience when required.

Essential;
" Valid enhanced DBS Checked

" Valid passport holder

" Valid and clean drivers licence

" Experience within a similar field

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
