**Role Overview**

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be a key member of the Sales & Service Admin Team responsible for the retention and support of our customers through proactive client and customer services, account management, development, and issue resolution. You will have responsibility for all customers and be required to build strong working relationships, working collaboratively with internal team managers and your tech support colleagues. The Sales & Service Administrators is a prime and pivotal point of contact, liaising constantly with customers, the sales teams, and internal teams to deliver an exemplary experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Proactive account management and ownership of all customers in the portfolio
- Proactive growth and retention of customer portfolio
- Proactively identifying and developing opportunities to provide customers with additional services
- Taking ownership of professional and timely resolution of customer issues
- Being a prime and professional point of contact for all customers and the sales team
- Working collaboratively with the external sales team focused on growth and retention of customers
- Liaising and collaborating with technical teams for the progression of opportunities and resolving customer issues
- Dealing with all administrative tasks

**Salary**: £20,607.00-£21,690.00 per year
