A varied support role in Womens and Childrens operating theatre department.

Providing general admin and clerical support to the staff and department.

Ordering, receipt, return and stock rotation of goods.

Maintaining kitchen standards and records.

Networking with other theatre departments, other Trust departments and outside companies.

This is a stand alone role as part of a multidisciplinary team within Womens and Childrens Theatres. Providing general office admin & clerical support to the department.

Motivation to complete tasks by being proactive and being prepared to go the extra mile is important in this role.

Our team provide high quality patient care to a wide variety of patients in the peri-operative setting, both electively and in emergency situations.

Your role will be away from providing clinical care, by giving support as necessary to the theatre team and department. This role does not routinely involve interacting with patients or relatives directly or over the phone or in person.
