As a referral Line Administrator you will:

- Contacting and recording the feedback from ex-service users and inputting the information on Oasis. Reporting to the line manager immediately if there are any complaints or negative feedback or safeguarding concerns.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of all work undertaken to ensure that information is accessible and clearly understood.
- Assisting the group work coordinator in contacting service users to offer participation in group work programmes and keeping a record of all recruits, which will include managing the group waiting lists on Oasis.

To be successful as a Referral Line Administrator you will need to:

- Minimum of GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English
- Experience of working on a referral/helpline.
- Relevant administration and or qualification for example Business Administration Level 2/3
- Recent significant experience of undertaking direct work with vulnerable people including experience of working with people affected by domestic abuse
