**The Company**:
Metamark UK LTD is a well Established, successful company which is in an exciting stage of its growth. Metamark is a leading manufacturer and supplier of self-adhesive sign and print materials and is fast expanding across the industry.

**Job Overview**:
The Quality Controller will be responsible for ensuring our products and services meet the company specifications, comply with regulatory standards and exceed our customers expectations.

Knowledge of graphics, signmaking and digital printing on self adhesive pvc substrates would be a distinct advantage.

They will audit and test products and processes to agreed standards. Meticulous record keeping and the accurate maintenance of a library of testing and reference samples will be required.

Any quality concerns identified would be raised with either the internal production management or procurement teams for resolution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform quality inspections on all third party bought in items at the point of receipt.
- Perform the required testing for each product type upon receipt.
- Retain tested and reference samples from each batch of goods delivered.
- Create test reports.
- Accurate record keeping.
- Liaise with the Procurement team on any quality concerns identified.
- Manage quarantined stock until resolved.
- Perform inline product inspections for in house manufactured items
- Perform testing of manufactured products
- Report and maintain records of testing of in house manufactured goods.
- Liaise with production management on any quality concerns identified.
- Manage non-conformance reports in accordance with the ISO9001:2015 Quality management system.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years experience within a similar Quality Control role
- Knowledge of graphics, signmaking and digital printing on self adhesive pvc substrates would be a distinct advantage.
- Knowledge of FINAT industry testing
- Good IT literacy specifically using Microsoft office
- Experience of working within a manufacturing environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and engage in continuous professional development
