We are looking for an Administrator to work at our office based in Mayfield, Dalkeith. As a Fire and Flood restoration company your duties will be wide and varied. They will include:

- typing up reports for the Manager and his team
- calling clients, booking appointments and answering calls.
- dealing with a wide variety of administrative and other duties.

You should be comfortable dealing with clients and have a good telephone manner. You are required to have fast and accurate typing skills. A good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is essential. On the job training will be given with our company specific computer systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,500.00-£19,500.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
