**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator with a strong background in renewable energy to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, while also supporting the coordination of our expanding renewable energy services. Preferable experience using Easy MCS or a similar job portal is highly desirable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain project files, ensuring all documentation is organized and up to date.
- Schedule surveys for renewable energy installations, coordinating with customers and our installation teams.
- Prepare pre and post-installation paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Schedule installations with customers using our internal management system, optimizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare MCS certificates in compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Raise purchase orders with merchants for materials and equipment required for installations, maintaining accurate records and tracking deliveries.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy systems, such as solar panels and heat pumps.
- Familiarity with Easy MCS or a similar job portal is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in managing and organizing project files and documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating tasks, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and solve problems efficiently.
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for providing exceptional service.
