We are delighted to bring to market a temporary Office Administrator role for a 12 month contract based locally in Eskbank, Midlothian.
Based in a super hands on, small team your role will be reporting into the Department Head.
What will you be doing?
- First point of contact for enquiries
- Coordinating room bookings, diaries and catering
- Dealing with contract arrangements both internal and external bookings
- Developing and maintaining systems
- Support with all marketing and communications activities
- Maintain and develop the client database to name a few duties.
From you, what are we looking for?
- Really organised administrator who loves dealing with people
- PC literate, MS Office Suite
- Organised, and able to manage your own time and deadlines
- Exposure in events is desirable, however not essential
Our client is offering 30 hours per week throughout Monday to Friday, and can be flexible with start/finish times to suit the right individual.
Free parking is available for all staff, and you can walk to them from Eskbank train station that will take around 10 minutes if like our team you are a slow walker.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: £14.00-£14.80 per hour
