**Sr ER Advisor**

I am working with a Public Sector Organisation based in Kent who are looking for a part-time Sr ER Advisor for 3 Months Initially.

The role is full time, to start ASAP and paying up to £28.43 Umbrella per hour. The role is in scope of IR35.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Employee Relations
- ER Casework
- Absence, Sickness management
- To provide professional ER and HR advice and support to managers in all areas of employment relations such as grievance, disciplinary, absence management and Respect (anti
- harassment) procedures - ensuring that problems are identified and resolved quickly, effectively and fairly and that throughout all processes there is comprehensive and effective communication with staff and their representatives.
- To advise and support managers to undertake formal investigations, including decisions on suspensions/exclusions and advising on the authorisation process ensuring a fair and consistent approach which balances risk, patient safety and operational priorities.
- More than 2 years' experience of working in a highly complex Employee Relations management environment in an NHS setting or healthcare environment.
- Proven experience of advising / coaching managers on how to handle complex employee
- relations issues including preparation of management statements of case and correspondence.
- Extensive experience of advising managers at formal hearings and appeals.
- Experience of persuading and influencing others when ideas and advice are challenged. Experience of operating as an HR/ER Advisor within a complex organisation.
- Experience of delivering training to managers on a range of ER topics
