**Project Coordinator, Global Medical Communications**

**This role requires flexible hours to work alongside US Colleagues and Clients on the East Coast**

**The role**:

- ** Manage Electronic Implementation Language pairs project and Support the Project Manager in delivery of full or multi-service projects.**:

- ** Be responsible for planning and coordinating assigned single-service standalone projects to ensure integration, coordination and consistency of processes throughout project life-cycle.**:

- ** You will ensure all budgetary requirements, study timeframes and targets are met for assigned projects.**:

- ** Assign suppliers to all the languages that will have to be performed in each project, and give clear instructions to them.**:

- ** Provide project document management support to cross-functional teams by assisting in the administration, archive and tracking of essential documents of assigned projects.**:
