**Your responsibilities**
- Write and edit Japanese language content
- Advise on aspects of Japanese language and culture
- Keeping the Japanese internal style guides and terminology updated

**About you**
- Degree in Translation
- Minimum of 2 years of translation / localization experience (English > Japanese), especially for website, app and marketing content
- Experience with SaaS companies and/or language-focused companies is a plus
- You are fluent in Japanese and are familiar with the linguistic and cultural details of the language
- You are fluent in English and feel comfortable communicating in English (written and spoken)
- You have experience in localization quality assurance and are used to working with CAT tools
- Experience working with UX-design, copywriting and marketing teams is a big plus
- Knowledge of other languages, e.g. German, is a plus
