We are looking to recruit a full-time admin/payroll assistant due to retirement. We have an opportunity for an experienced admin/payroll assistant to join our team.

The roll is 35 hours per week, 9am-5pm Monday-Friday with 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
- Have good organisation and communication skills.
- Answer the phone and respond to inquires from customers and employees.
- IT literate, proficient with Microsoft office including word and spreadsheets on Excel.
- Carry out general administration tasks including preparation for payroll.
- Operate company management system, including processing new employees and relevant ID checks.
- Maintain time and attendance system.
- Liaise and work with the operations team.
- Update records and data.
- Ability to produce letters to a good standard.
- Some payroll experience.
- General administration and IT skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
- Can do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently

**Salary**: Dependent on age and experience £20,000 to £23,000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
