Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to work for Change Grow Live, SmokeFree Hull. The service provides high quality face to face, and remote stop smoking interventions to individuals aged 12 + living in Hull.
Working as part of the Administration team the post holder will provide organisational, administrative and data support to the wider service.
The main base will be in Gipsyville, and the post-holder will be required to work their hours over 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday) There is an expectation to work 1 late day per fortnight.
**Salary**: £23,251.47 - £24,466.99 dependent upon experience.

- Working as part of the Administration team the post holder will provide organisational, administrative and data support to the wider service.

**Responsibilities**:
- Working as part of the administration team within the stop smoking service, the post holder will provide organisational, administrative and some data support.
- Part of the role is data inputting on various database systems and extracting information and providing ad hoc reports on service activity.
- The post-holder will be expected to take responsibility for personal development and training needs and to participate in one to one’s and appraisal.
