**What is this role doing?**

The Health and Safety Coordinator will be responsible for compliance administration processing and daily management of the internal SHEQ database.

Working across group level, the Health and Safety Coordinator will be the key contact for external certification bodies, group employees and other stakeholders with regards to, including but not limited to, system updates, internal and external audits, and continual improvement.

You will be a skilled communicator and enjoy liaising with colleagues and stake holders to promote the brand’s commitment to excellence.

You may already be working on health and safety guidelines and ensuring regulations are adhered to, as well as Quality and Environmental control.

**What can this role bring?**

The opportunity to work for a group company that employs approximately 700 staff members. With the support of the Group Health and Safety team you will attend group sites to assist with internal audits and highlight any possible areas for improvement.

**Job duties**
- Work as a key member of the Group Health, Safety and Environment Team.
- Maintain and develop the Group integrated Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality management system.
- Manage the Group internal audit programme.
- Liaise with the external auditors and businesses to ensure continued accreditation for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
- Collect and collate audit data and produce reports on the performance of the management system.
- Visit sites and undertake audits.

**Job Requirements**
- A self-motivated person with an ability to prioritise their own workload.
- Strong interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Competent in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Hold a full driving licence and willing to work across various sites.
