As a Data Administrator it is your job to maintain and update numerous spreadsheets, report changes and fluctuations of analytics.

**Duties Include**
- Perform high volume data entry using spreadsheets or other computer software
- Accurate generation of data for use on websites and internal database
- Transcribing and reviewing of data into the required format
- Generation of daily/weekly/monthly web-site performance reporting
- Compare & validate data
- Maintenance & cleansing of web-site data errors
- Any other ad hoc duties as required

**Experience required**
- Previous Data Entry experience
- Proficiency in Word processors, Spreadsheets, Formulas & CSV files
- Knowledge of our In-House systems - SAP Business One (Database) - SQL (Data Management)
- Great communication skills with high attention to detail
- You must be able to manage your time effectively & priorities tasks
- Proven track record on meeting deadlines & targets
- Ability to perform exceedingly well under pressure
- A positive attitude, self-motivated & enthusiastic
- Resilience within a busy working environment
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Comfortable asking questions and a willingness to learn

9am - 5pm with half hour break - 7.5hrs
