Spinwell is recruiting for an Associate Director for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR**

The postholder will act as a senior representative and ambassador of the ICB and must demonstrate high standard behaviours commensurate with a senior leader, upholding the Nolan principles at all times whilst providing overall strategic leadership to plan, commission and deliver the NHS All Age Continuing Health Care (NHS CHC) service.

The Associate Director NHS Continuing Health Care is accountable for leading a multi professional team to achieve high quality, safe and personalised care; ensuring the team have the key capabilities and capacity to deliver improved outcomes for our population in line with the following key standards and commitments which includes:

- The National NHS Continuing Health Care and Funded Nursing Care Framework
- The Children and Young People’s Continuing Care National Framework,
- ICS Operating Framework
- Joint Forward Plan
- Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards
- NHS Long Term Workforce Plan

The postholder will ensure that the NHS CHC Team are making the best use of resources and improving equity so we make a marked difference in the inequalities in outcomes we have in our population.


**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR**
- Educated to masters level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level in a specialist area.
- Qualified clinical practitioner with current professional and regulatory registration
- Extensive knowledge of specialist areas, acquired through post graduate diploma or equivalent experience or training plus further specialist knowledge or experience to master’s level equivalent
- Evidence of post qualifying and continuing professional development
- Must have an understanding of the background to and aims of current health and social care policy and appreciate the implications of this on engagement
- Member of relevant professional body
- Significant experience of leading change wider programmes of work across multiple sectors.
- Highly developed experience of working with Local Authorities, Social Care, Voluntary sector and a good understanding of agendas such as personal health budgets, market management and social care funding

**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE IT TRAINER**
- Develop a comprehensive training plan and training approach
- Undertake a detailed training needs analysis to understand training needs across impacted organisations
- Design, develop and deliver IT training for a few SARs Digital Service. Materials are expected to include videos, user guides, and materials for virtual or in-person training
- Assess the impact and usefulness of training

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE IT TRAINER**
- Experience using iSpring Suite Max for developing training
- Training needs analysis
- Training strategy development
- Training development (videos, user guides)
- Training delivery
- Training assessment
