Procurement and Contract Management Leader

Job Summary:

The Curve Group is seeking an experienced Procurement and Contract Management Leader to oversee and guide both the Procurement and Contract Management Teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, securing supplier contracts, and managing the performance of outsource partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and leadership to the Procurement and Contract Management Teams
  • Oversee the delivery of the Procurement & Supplier Management Committee
  • Ensure end-to-end policies, sourcing limits, procedures, and control frameworks are in place
  • Manage the Essential and Sensitive Suppliers list, the TPRM process, regulatory changes, and associated governance
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and statutory obligations
  • Participate in necessary training to enhance professional development and expertise
  • Adhere to Data Protection Legislation regarding the disclosure of information

Requirements:

  • Transformation mindset
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2 days a week in the office)
