IT Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as the Head of IT at CPW. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our IT strategy, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, and providing technical guidance and support to our staff.

• Lead the IT team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the effective delivery of IT services.
• Develop and implement IT strategies to support the business goals and objectives of CPW.
• Manage and maintain the IT budget, ensuring that costs are optimized and value for money is achieved.
• Oversee the procurement of IT equipment, software, and services, ensuring that they meet the needs of the business.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of IT risks and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to use IT systems effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT systems are aligned with business needs and objectives.
• Monitor and report on IT performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
• Ensure that IT systems are secure and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

• Proven experience in a senior IT role, with a strong track record of delivering IT strategies and projects.
• Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of IT systems and technologies.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the business goals and objectives of CPW.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
