We are currently recruiting for a crucial Customer Service Executive position within our Background Checking team, based out of our Nottingham office. This is a great opportunity to be part of an integral team within Experian and to advance both your customer service and administration skills, as well as starting on a career path that offers fantastic career progression and learning opportunities.
You will ideally have a track record of excellent customer service skills, which you will combine with outstanding communication skills to support our clients and customers throughout their employment screening journey.
We are offering the chance for you to build a career within the Customer Services sector, working alongside a friendly team where you will learn new skills and have the opportunity to work your way up within a renowned business.
**Qualifications**:
- Confident, enthusiastic and motivated using a flexible approach to working practice including the ability to roll your sleeves up and get involved in everything
- Excellent judgement and the ability to discreetly handle confidential / sensitive information
- Good time management, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks and re-prioritise based on urgent needs
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team but also works well on their own
- Always working with an approachable manner
