-Our Client, a leading City based Asset Management house are looking for a Junior HR Administrator to support their small, friendly and professional HR team. Key responsibilities will include recruitment, compensation & benefits and training & development activities, with accountability for specific administrative projects.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment**Update job descriptions, as required.

- Liaise with recruitment agencies, reception and line managers to co-ordinate, as appropriate: CV reviews and feedback, testing.

- Interview set up and room bookings.

- Assist the Senior HR Advisor with the production of offer documentation and associated paperwork, and action new starter processes e.g. pre-employment checks, pre-employment medicals.

- Arrange induction sessions.
- **Compensation & Benefits**Assist with the administration and maintenance of employee records in relation to benefits.

- Assist with the preparation of benefits information as required from time to time.
- **Training & Development**Book staff onto courses as required and produce Training Sponsorship agreements.

- Co-ordinate the evaluation of any training undertaken.
- **General**Maintenance and personnel updates to the HRIS.

- Assist with administration related to employee's leaving the Company.

- Updating holiday and sickness absence records as required.

- Assist in the production, co-ordination and recording of documentation relating to the annual performance review process.

- Assist with the arrangements for the annual work experience programme.

- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

- Assistance with the organisation of Company social events.
- **Experience & Qualifications**:
MS Office - Strong Word, Excel and Outlook

- experience in an HR administrative role

- Experience of using an HR System

- Experience of administering SHL ability tests

- Attention to accuracy and detail - applies care to all work produced

- Numerate

- General understanding/awareness of HR practices and key employment legislation

- Demonstrates credibility regarding being a trusted person

- A professional demeanour and an articulate, confident communicator

- Demonstrates common sense and logical thought processes
