**Who We Are**:
Marketing & Ad Operations Executive
- Collect advertising collateral from clients prior to launch.
- Perform QA prior to campaign launch.
- Manage workflow and relationship with creative and design team, any freelance or outsource resources, and marketing or advertising team counterparts.
- Provide results and learnings in post campaign review with segment marketing lead; leverage learnings to optimise future campaigns.
- Work alongside Commercial and Marketing teams on the planning and delivery of campaigns.
- Build and maintain a professional relationship with peers by responding to marketing briefs and managing creative approvals process.

**Advertising**:

- Traffic display, video, search, featured listings management and programmatic campaigns for our advertising clients using Google Ad Manager.
- Manage and launch social campaigns.
- Collect advertising collateral from clients prior to launch.
- Perform QA prior to campaign launch.
- Take responsibility for the entire campaign flight cycle, including flight Planning, QA of creative, URLs, tracking parameters, and communications with clients and create an organized process.
- Stay on top of the industry regarding new ad products, formats and regulations.
- Create a knowledge base for the internal team and share to review standard methodologies, ad formats, and best practices.
- Work closely with our Commercial team to make recommendations and support optimisations of campaigns on a frequent basis for best performance and delivery.
- Trouble-shoot ad serving errors, report discrepancies and broken creative.
- Provide inventory reports weekly to the larger team.
- Provide post campaign results and overall insights on sell-through and rates on all direct and programmatic opportunities to find areas of growth and need.

**Requirements**:

- Experience of or desire to work in media.
- 1-2 years’ experience of trafficking digital media and advertising and related tools such as Meta Ads Manager.
- Working knowledge of Google Ad Manager.
- Basic knowledge of HTML.
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies.
- Working knowledge of box offices, marketing agencies and producers.
