The team

The Data & Tech team function across the whole agency, handling trafficking and campaign set up all the way through to technology integrations, analytics and insight, and reporting. We consult and drive efficiencies and automation across all aspects of the media cycle – planning, activating and optimising. We work with data from clients, specialist partners and from our own media to give insights to our clients and internal teams.

The role

We are looking for a full time, permanent Ad Ops & Data Graduate to join our growing team based in London. The roles will assist and learn from a number of key teams in order to help us understand and grow our offering and revenue, improve processes and develop new products and insight.

Learn all aspects of campaign set up Become an expert on key marketing concepts and measurement frameworks Work with clients on technology integrations & roadmaps Become an expert in creative production including HTML5 and DCO Create both commercial and technical documentation for our products Study for relevant industry-recognised qualifications Learn to create Dashboards in Tableau Learn SQL and get a taste for other languages such as python Work in an Agile environment, learn project management principles and practices

About you

Above all you need to be curious as to how things work and interested in problem solving You should have a numerical degree in technology, mathematics, science, engineering or computer science or another related discipline Familiarity with any coding language such as SQL, python, C# or html/javascript would be an advantage but not essential Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and contribute to process improvement initiatives Attention to detail is a must A keenness to learn more about marketing and advertising technology

Be the primary person responsible for Ad Ops in the agency Collaborate with teams to resolve Ad Ops issues, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of discrepancies Ensure clear and timely communication in all aspects of your work Complete appropriate entry-level online qualifications to cement your learning Be a champion for the Data & Tech team Provide support to internal teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality reports to clients Always be on the lookout for opportunities to automate & innovate Take and keep clear notes in meetings Ensure timesheets are completed accurately and in good time
