About the Role

GroupM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our Advertising Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of ad operations professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of digital campaigns, and driving process improvements across the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of ad operations professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their successful induction and career development.
  • Lead the Ad Ops Team's delivery, managing campaign trafficking, QA, and troubleshooting, and maintaining a high-quality standard for the department.
  • Develop and lead department initiatives, assessing the ad tech landscape, and testing new ad tech products.
  • Collaborate with discipline leads to develop new processes and increase cross-team efficiencies, and support the onboarding of new clients.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in ad operations, preferably agency-side, working on large and complex client accounts.
  • Experience managing a team and developing their skills and knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, or PHP, and hands-on knowledge of ad serving systems and advertising tracking technologies.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, a strong understanding of industry trends and ad tech developments, and a strong work ethic.
