Associate Director/Senior Job Description

At Group M Worldwide Inc., we are seeking an experienced Associate Director/Senior to join our team. As a key member of our Ad Operations department, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of digital advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People Management & Development:
    • Manage and develop a team of Ad Operations professionals, including training, career development, and day-to-day management.
    • Lead by example, motivating and inspiring the team to strive for excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Oversee the delivery of Ad Ops teams, ensuring campaign trafficking, QA, and troubleshooting are completed to the highest standards.
    • Lead client site tag management, implementation, and consultation.
    • Maintain a high-quality standard for the department, driving best practices to ensure 100% accuracy and exceeding client expectations.
    • Monitor measurement data, providing optimization recommendations and escalating to third parties when necessary.
    • Project manage stakeholder processes, coordinating timelines and leading communications with agency partners.
  • Thought Leadership & Consultation:
    • Develop, lead, and project manage department initiatives.
    • Assess the ad tech landscape, leading the testing of different ad tech products.
    • Support inter-departmental communication regarding department updates, new processes, and testing of new technology or platforms.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in ad operations, preferably agency-side working on large and complex client accounts.
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, or PHP.
  • Well-developed organizational and project management skills.
