**Salary**: £25,480

**Working hours**: 40 hours. Hybrid working on a rota basis - Mon-Fri 4pm-8pm (A varied pattern) & Weekend 8am-8pm (1 in 4 weekends)

On behalf of the Home Office, Serco manages the Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC) for the Midlands and East of England. We focus on assisting individuals through the asylum system, ensuring that vulnerable asylum seekers have access to the support they need along with a high standard of accommodation.

We are looking for an individual who is a team player but also enjoys elements of solo working to join us in our continued expansion, you will have a candour and adaptable attitude towards your work and be confident in making informed decisions as part of our Service Delivery team, this role is crucial to ensure that we can continue to deliver our services outside of core business hours.

Key accountabilities include but are not limited to

Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally across the AASC contract to ensure excellent service delivery standards
Update visual management boards and contribute to operational excellence within the Service Delivery Centre
Maintain data integrity of the IT systems to support performance reporting and the invoicing process.
Produce reports, briefings, and information updates to a high standard within limited timeframe
Support the Service Delivery Manager with the preparation of appropriate mitigation for any contractual non-conformances in respect of KPI’s
Working alongside other Service Delivery Teams to ensure smooth handovers and continuation of service throughout

What you need to do the job

Strong MS Excel skills
Strong ICT skills
Ability to demonstrate effective time management skills and ability to manage and deliver a variety of priority tasks by prioritising own workload to meet specific timescales without prompt
Previous experience in administration is essential
